Athrandir: End of Times is an ORPG (Online Role-Playing Game). It is a 2D top-down game reminiscent of old SNES RPGs, but with the added twist of being an online game where you can interact with others. Also, Athrandir is set in a science fiction world, instead of the classic fantasy world many RPGs are based on. This gives the game a uniqueness about it few others in it's genre have.  This game is free to play, and will always be free to play.

The Server is now up and running and the client is available and is currently in BETA status.  The game can be downloaded HERE. The game is custom coded in Visual Basic 6, with the base code derived from the public domain Mirage Source. The game itself has been off and on in development for the past 2 years, mostly because of school, work, and a fiancee that vie for my time. The game, when finished, will be 100% custom, from the code provided by me, to the music and graphics. Feature requests are appreciated and encouraged, and I will make a special effort to make the content as rich and inviting as possible.
